Gothic Chicken Scratch Kitchen is located off West Jefferson near Fitzgerald Park in Grand Ledge, MI. Gothic Chicken operates out of our home, abiding by Michigan’s Cottage Baking Laws. If you place an order for pickup or delivery, the pickup address will be emailed to you and is also included on the order confirmation page.

Gothic Chicken Scratch Kitchen receives orders from Monday morning at 8 AM to Wednesday evening at 8 PM, weekly. Pickup and delivery hours are on Friday’s from 5 PM - 9 PM as well as Saturdays from 9 AM to Noon. Updated menus are released weekly.

In our recipes, we only use butter and olive oil as a source of fat. However, vegetable oil (soybean based) is used for frying and sheet coating.

Gothic Chicken uses King Arthur and Bob’s Red Mill brand flours. King Arthur flours are made of unbleached hard red wheat and contain no artificial preservatives. In addition to King Arthur, we use a variation of Bob’s Red Mill.
