Gothic Chicken Scratch Kitchen is located off West Jefferson near Fitzgerald Park in Grand Ledge, MI. Gothic Chicken operates out of our home, abiding by Michigan’s Cottage Baking Laws. If you place an order for pickup or delivery, the pickup address will be emailed to you and is also included on the order confirmation page.

Gothic Chicken Scratch Kitchen receives orders from Thursday evening to Tuesday evening, weekly. Pickup hours are from 2 PM to 7 PM on Thursdays and Fridays and delivery hours are on Thursdays from 5 PM - 7 PM as well as Fridays from 5 PM to 7 PM. Updated menus are released monthly. Any scheduling conflicts with pickup and delivery times will be posted in the monthly calendar.

These zip codes include 48837, 48906, 48917, 48915, 48956, 48980, 48933, 48919, 48861, 48890, 48822, 48876, and 48906. In our recipes, we only use butter and olive oil as a source of fat. However, vegetable oil (soybean based) is used for frying and sheet coating.

Gothic Chicken uses King Arthur and Bob’s Red Mill brand flours.
